
What We Do
In March 2019, we held our first event, a guided mountain run. Since then we have continued to introduce new runners to the sport of trail running and the mountains we love.
Our Mission
We aim to increase the participation of women, and people from different backgrounds and situations, in trail and mountain running in Ireland. We offer guided runs and specialised workshops, and we continually strive to make trail running assessible to more people.
