Single Run Ticket - Midweek Mountain Trails
1 Run For €14 ⛰️
Join us for a single run as part of our Midweek Mountain Trails.
Once weekly, on Wednesday mornings. For women who are comfortable running 8k continously on the roads.
Together we'll gain experience on a variety of terrain and continue to build our mountain fitness.
Our guided runs take place in the Wicklow & Dublin Mountains and are social and supportive. Location is announced by the Monday, depending on weather & our overall progress.
We are on the trails for approximately 1hr 45mins with a mixture of hiking and easy-paced running with pauses along the way to enjoy the views.
The terrain includes fireroads, forestry trails, boardwalk, sandy stone trails and mucky mountain tracks. Total distance and height gain of each run is dependent on the overall pace of the group.
Included:
1 x guided beginner level upwards trail runs with REC 3 trained run leader.
Start/Finish - To be announced Mondays. Weekly on The Dublin & Wicklow Mountains.
Wednesday mornings at 10.15am - 12pm
Required Kit:
- Trail runners
- Coat, hat and gloves
- Pack with food and water
She Summit's Policies:
Trail runners, coats, hats and gloves are required on all events.
No exchanges, refunds or transfers onto other events. Please don't request a refund, exchange or transfer of your ticket as you'll be directed back to our policies.
If we need to postpone an event and you can't make the new date you will not be entitled to a refund, exchange or transfer.
We reserve the right to cancel any of our events, at anytime, without notice.
